HTS Engineering to Lease 18,581 SF in Centennial Park, Peabody

November 2016:

Combined Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that HTS Engineering has signed a 18,581 SF lease at One Corporation Way in Centennial Park, Peabody. HTS is one of the largest independent built-to-order commercial and industrial full service HVAC manufacturer’s representatives in North America.

“One Corporation Way, one of five buildings in our Peabody portfolio, is an excellent fit for HTS Engineering,” said John Pereira, president of Combined Properties. “The Centennial Park area is becoming a hub for many business leaders including Analogic, Boston Children’s at Peabody, Cardinal Health, and Carl Zeiss. HTS will be right at home in the park.”

Founded in 1992 with 16 locations in Canada and the United States, HTS has grown significantly over the years. HTS credits its impressive growth and market share to a steadfast commitment to the shared success of all the individuals involved in the design, selection, installation and maintenance of the right HVAC solution for each project. “We are excited to become part of the Centennial Park community. Carl Zeiss Microscopy Renews 43,496 SF Lease at One Corporation Way, Peabody

February 2016:

Combined Properties, Inc. recently announced that Carl Zeiss Microscopy, a pioneer in electron and ion beam microscopes, has renewed its lease at One Corporation Way, Centennial Park, Peabody, Massachusetts for 43,496 square feet. One Corporation Way has served as Carl Zeiss’s North American headquarters since 2007.

Carl Zeiss Microscopy specializes in industry-leading microscopes including scanning electron, transition electron, and helium ion microscopes for nanotechnology research and development. The company offers highly versatile application solutions for material analysis and life science, a broad technology portfolio, regional demo centers, and global customer support together with an extensive network of authorized dealers.

“The space has proven to be a terrific fit, with its infrastructure, atmosphere, and strategic location serving us very well,” said a Zeiss spokesperson.

Converge Renews 72,288 SF Lease at 4 Technology Drive in Centennial Park, Peabody

October 2015:

Combined Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Converge has renewed its 72,288 square foot lease at 4 Technology Drive, a first-class office/R&D building in Centennial Park, Peabody. With locations all over the world, Converge has operated its corporate headquarters at this Peabody location since 2000.

Converge, a subsidiary of Arrow Electronics, is a premier global supply chain partner for technology-driven companies and an independent distributor of electronic components. It specializes in industries including computer and peripherals, consumer electronics, home energy, industrial automation, and telecommunications.

“Fifteen years ago, Converge selected 4 Technology Drive to serve as its corporate headquarters because of the property’s outstanding features, location, and surrounding amenities,” said John Pereira, president of Combined Properties.  “Four Technology Drive is both functional and beautiful and we’re pleased that it continues to serve Converge’s property needs.”

In addition to recent renewals, Combined Properties has seen an increase in new tenant activity in Centennial Park, Peabody in the past year.
